My client a high end Midtown Architectural Company is seeking a full-time HR Specialist in all administrative duties. Assist the HR manager in all functions and responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle and process ADP payroll for over 220 employees
- Handle all benefits and benefits administration
- Benefits including Cobra , PTO records, sick leave, jury duty, PFL, FMLA, DHL
- Familiar with HR rules and regulations regarding compliance
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong excel and word
