Online Retailer of pool cues and billiard accessories is seeking a candidate who has a passion for solving problems and helping people out. Our company, PoolDawg.com, is well-known within our niche industry for providing friendly, top-notch customer service. If you enjoy talking to people, have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a more laid back, small business environment our Service Specialist position could be the perfect fit. Knowledge of pool/billiard products is a plus but certainly not required.
This position is MUCH more than just a customer service job and rapid advancement opportunities abound to build a career! We will provide training on all of the tasks involved with e-commerce sales with opportunities for growth and development in highly sought after skills including: social media marketing, copywriting, selling on Amazon, search engine optimization (SEO), website design, and more!
The small business environment requires the ability to work in a team environment while wearing multiple hats and being able to shift gears on the fly. No two days are alike and you’ll never have to stay late or take work home with you. This is NOT a call center and we do not do any pushy sales or awkward “cold calling”.
Benefits include health care, 401K, vacation/sick pay, holiday pay, bonuses, and e-commerce training. Monday through Friday, 40-hour workweek. Pay starts at $16/hr while in training. Rapid wage increases and advancement opportunities!
