Job Title: Quality Control (QC) / Office Administrator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, how we operate our payroll, and working directly with the District Manager on any payroll, HR, safety, and quality concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Learn and manage our payroll system to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
- Onboarding & Recruiting: Handle the onboarding process for new hires and assist in recruitment efforts.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns as an extension of the District manager.
- Meeting Participation: Attend weekly meetings with the District Manager to discuss reports, payroll, hiring, and safety topics.
- Policy Enforcement: Work directly with the district manager to ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or managerial role.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and pick up new software and systems quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with payroll systems and recruiting platforms.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
