Seeking an energetic and highly creative marketing professional and Customer Care Specialist to manage all aspects of social media and front desk operations in our Aesthetic practice. Experience necessary. Requirements include:
- Customer Service Expert
- Main office will be in Windermere, FL.
- Travel will be required once a week to our Villages office.
- Travel will be required once a month to our Clermont Office
- Proficiency with image and video editing software helpful
- Social Media experience in Tiktok, Instagram & Facebook with examples
- Must be highly proficient with major social media platforms and able to manage metrics and data of the same
- Must be highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition
- Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies for social media
- Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
- Proficient in the use of Canva and other mobile editing software
- Knowledge of the use of SEO in Instagram & TikTok
- 1 year of front desk or customer-facing position
- In-depth knowledge of different Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Google My Business
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 1 year of Social media content creation
