Job Description:
Bala Plaza Park is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. There is potential for this part-time position to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
