Kitchen Team Member
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the chef or kitchen supervisor.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Assist with banquet and event preparation, including setting up food stations and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- No guest interaction.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in a culinary role.

We are only open Mondays for special events and new hires are not eligible for events unless they are interested. $300 sign on bonus once you reach 6 months of regular schedule work.
