Opportunity Overview
Starting base pay rate at $30/hr; Up to $30K in Commitment Incentive
The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilities associated with professional practice. This process is a 12 month clinical program.
As a Nurse Resident, you will:
- Be a part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses

Work side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientation

Participate in simulation laboratory experiences

Receive mentorship from a nurse educator

Attend cornerstone sessions designed to stimulate critical thinking skills

Participate in classroom activities that address key clinical topics
-
Participate in Nursing Councils and other professional groups within the organization

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required

North Carolina RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license must be active prior to start date

American Heart Association Basic Life Support is required

0 - 6 months experience is required
