Responsibilities of the Pump Applications include, but are not limited to:
- Selecting and specifying pump equipment
- Preparing equipment proposals utilizing support tools
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company pump related products and services
- Communicating with customer via phone and e-mail
- Checking availability of stock and verifying ship dates
- Processing orders in DXP operating business system
- Providing follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Qualifications of the Pump Applications include, but are not limited to:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience working with pumps and/or other rotating equipment
- Extremely customer-service and teamwork-oriented
- Computer literate, organized, and detail-oriented
