An established Northwest Arkansas sign company is seeking a sales professional interested in joining our great team and help continue our growth. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, adaptable team player who is capable of maintaining our existing diversified account base while also making connections in the community to facilitate new business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Account Management: Utilize account management skills to establish and maintain relationships with assigned customers, promote our capabilities and manage projects through the sales cycle.
· Growth Focused: Maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts and projects to fuel growth within our current capabilities and target markets. Community presence to promote our brand.
· Team Player: Maintain strong working relationships with internal project management, design and production teammates.
· Project Management: Manage the sales process by keeping projects on track, providing accurate and timely proposals, and facilitating information exchange between the customer and internal teammates.
· Acquire knowledge of production and installation processes, capabilities, limitations, and costing methods
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Strong inter-personal communication skills
· Ability to organize and multi-task
· Must be a self-starter and thrive in a team-based environment
· Stable work history
· Computer and software proficiency with ERP system, MS Office programs
· Ability to drive long hours and / or travel on a regional and national basis
· Experience with online marketing strategies a bonus
Compatible Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated outside sales experience in Northwest Arkansas
· Commercial real estate or property management experience in Northwest Arkansas
· Construction sales experience in Northwest Arkansas
· Printing industry sales in Northwest Arkansas
· Banking commercial lending experience in Northwest Arkansas
