Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide supported employment services to workers with disabilities in various work sites, assuring that all work is performed in accordance with employer business cultures and business needs; with concentration on acceptable workplace behaviors, work performance, and productivity.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and colleagues
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners
-Attends job orientation with the individual, assists with onboarding activities, and clarifies information as necessary
- Organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges or issues that may arise during training sessions
- Knowledge of training development software and tools
