About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Field Services, you will have sole responsibility for implementing and maintaining MyVenue POS and back-office training programs primarily for venue operators and occasionally for MyVenue employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and resources that align with our venue success goals.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new venues, as well as ongoing training and refresher courses for existing venues.
Deliver training sessions through various channels, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and webinars.
Technology Integration:
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and documentation, to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
Evaluation and Assessment:
Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Continuously gather feedback from customers and MyVenue employees to make improvements.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process for new MyVenue employees, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles from day one.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Field Services, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Venue Success teams to ensure that product changes, updates, and new releases are communicated effectively and clearly
Develop an understanding of venue processes and standard operating procedures
Company Representation:
Active contribution to the achievement of the company values

About You
You will bring:
Minimum 4 years of experience creating training materials and documents
Experience conducting training for software or web-based applications
Strong writing and language skills
Effective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking
Ability to lead training sessions with confidence
Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and integrate into a team environment
Previous experience within the software/web industry is preferred
