Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before delivering them
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Clear tables and clean up after customers have finished their meals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operation of the dining experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a food runner, banquet server, or busser, is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
- Basic understanding of food handling and preparation techniques
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivering orders
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
