Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage residential projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.

Coordinate with technicians and other teams to ensure effective scheduling and allocation of resources.

Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Handle all project paperwork, including billing, filing, and maintaining accurate records

Conduct regular meetings with the program administrator to review project status and discuss any updates or changes.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with utility companies and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Collaborate with core office team members and technicians to establish KPIs and maintain efficient project workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project execution.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent education required; college-level education preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a project management role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google spreadsheets, Smartsheets, Dropbox, CRMs such as Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or similar software.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical contracting is a plus.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary starting at $60,000 per year, plus performance based bonuses that can add up to over $100,000 per year commensurate with experience.
