- Occasional travel to visit clients in California
- Occasional travel to conferences and trade shows
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Office management tools and software.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
