Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Club Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our club alongside the Club Manager. The Assistant Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, help with managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving collections. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with members, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash reconciliation
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of club associates
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to create a positive work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
