Job Title: Registered Nurse (Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in various orthopedic procedures, ensuring patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.
- Counsel and educate patients on preoperative and postoperative care, pain management, and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform patient assessments, phlebotomy, monitor vital signs, and administer IV medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical records, and ensure effective communication with the care team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the clinic.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure in New York state.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in sports medicine orthopedics, outpatient care, primary care or a related field.
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent IV skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
