Job Overview:
The Business Development, Patient Experience Liaison is a dynamic role that combines the responsibilities of sales representative and patient experience liaison. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
This person will work with the marketing team to promote and increase brand awareness through account visits to new and existing referral partners, while also assisting with translation during new patient appointments, ensuring clear communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Duties:
- Engage with referral partners and medical professionals to establish and maintain relationships.
- Provide administrative and project support for various marketing and sales initiatives.
- Other marketing duties as assigned.
- Provide medication education and support in Mandarin, helping patients understand their treatment plans and medication instructions.
- Assist in various patient care situations, offering translation and cultural insights to enhance patient experience.
Qualification:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Provide superior customer service to the client base.
- Able to work independently and productively, be organized and cooperative under stressful conditions including multitasking.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, respectful demeanor, empathy towards others and positive approach with patients and staff.
- Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Effective time management skills.

- Confident and driven.
- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects.
