The Commercialiser® is a dynamic boutique consultancy firm specialising in negotiation advisory and execution working with the world’s largest firms on complex deals between $5m and $5Bn in size. The Role and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a top calibre VP - Business Development Manager, reporting directly to the CEO to:
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify and drive new business opportunities with The Commercialiser within the USA, targeting Large Enterprise C-level stakeholders
- Convert viable prospects into active clients, owning the full sales process from lead generation to negotiation and close, through to the transition of new clients
- Continually build a pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPI’s are met
- Build B2C online training business
- Quota responsibility delivering new revenue across your assigned territory (US)
- Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments
- Exercise forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
What you’ll need:
- 2-5 years’ B2B minimum sales experience required - preferably within either Banking, Technology, SaaS, services or a consultative environment
- Preferably strong background in the financial services industry
- Proven track record in building a profitable B2C $1-5m online training business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online education, e-learning, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in building and scaling online training businesses
- High intellect, bright, and quick, analytical thinker
- Integrity and honesty - this is non negotiable
