Alamo Surety Bonds, an established surety bond agency is seeking a dynamic, experienced administrative assistant
Duties:
In-Person Administrative Assistant
- Answering phones & greeting walk-in customers
- Accepting payments from clients
- Completing applications, bond forms, and other forms with accuracy
- Receiving and sending emails in a timely manner
- Data entry
- Filing
- Other duties as required in support of management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience in a non-retail office, such as insurance, banking, legal, etc...
- Excellent communication skills - phone, in-person and email
- Reliable, trustworthy, and honest
- Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experienced in Word, Excel & Adobe PDF
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
