GB Collects, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our busy Sales Team. The role involves assisting the President of Sales with scheduling and coordinating business trips and trade shows, managing travel arrangements for sales teams, maintaining department calendars, and collaborating with the finance team to process expense reimbursements, as well as submitting receipts and invoices to Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate business trips and trade shows for the President of Sales and sales teams.
- Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain and update department calendars to ensure smooth coordination of schedules.
- Assist the finance team with processing expense reimbursements.
- Submit receipts and invoices to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and managing calendars is preferred.
