Insurance Customer Service Representative

Christensen Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients with a focus on commercial clients, ensuring insurance needs are met with efficiency and expertise.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients with a focus on commercial insurance, understanding their unique needs and risk exposures.
- Research and recommend appropriate insurance products (property, liability, workers' compensation, etc.).
- Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer client questions in a clear and concise manner.
- Process applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist commercial clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and any other service needs.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Processing agency statements.
- May be required to assist with servicing personal lines clients as needed.

Insurance license is not required on date of hire, but we will provide training and support to obtain necessary licenses upon hire.
