We are a top Cosmetic Dermatology and Facial Plastic Surgery Practice in West Hollywood seeking motivated sales professionals to fill entry level roles as Concierge/Inside Sales Specialists. Concierge/Inside Sales Specialists are responsible for handling all inbound and outbound communication with potential, new and existing patients, including but not limited to booking appointments, creating and converting leads and reengaging patients. All correspondence with potential and existing patients must be professionally executed with a high level of phone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills. Under the direction of the Concierge Manager the Specialist is responsible for lead creation with accurate lead source/data input for reporting purposes, monitoring and rapidly replying to DMs on various social media platforms, and meeting personal sales goals based on metrics.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about the aesthetics industry and eager to expand their knowledge of cosmetic treatments and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to emails with efficiency and courtesy
- Handle patient inquiries via all channels (phone, email, SMS/MMS, social media, online chat)
- Rapidly respond to customer inquiries/DMs and provide first contact resolution via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social channels using Spark Central via HootSuite
- Provide patients with product and service information
- Update existing customer information in CRM and other record keeping systems
- Follow up on patient calls and emails where necessary
- Book and confirm appointments, promptly follow-up on patient calls and emails
- Document all interaction and activity information according to protocols
- Assist in guiding each patient through the consultation process
- Communicate and explain each treatment in detail to ensure complete patient understanding
- Discuss available financing options
- Collect payment information from patients at booking
- Complete call logs and reports
- Use discernment to resolve or escalate patient complaints
- Build sustainable relationships with engaging and empathetic communication
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets and other key performance metrics
Experience and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic medical terminology, and cosmetic procedures/surgeries
- Respect for patient confidentiality
- Superior customer services skills, empathy and emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle difficult patients and/or situations with professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a polite manner

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
