Northwest Medical Specialties, PLLC is a community based, physician-owned Hematology Oncology practice.
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate, energetic and exceptionally skilled practitioner to join our growing team in caring for South Sound residents.
- Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs)
- Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs)
- Physician Assistants (PAs)
This position is based out of our Federal Way location and will see patients in both the outpatient and inpatient setting.
NWMS provides innovative medical services for patients diagnosed with cancer and blood diseases. NWMS is dedicated to providing excellence in patient care and understanding individual needs. As an independent community cancer center with 7 locations, NWMS strives to bring state-of-the-art, high quality care to patients in their own communities. NWMS is a participating practice in the QCCA and participates in several quality cancer-care initiatives, such as the CMMI’s OCM, American Society of Clinical Oncology’s Quality Oncology Practice Initiative, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance. With these quality initiatives in place, NWMS has been able to significantly reduce costs and improve the patient experience.
Northwest Medical Specialties, PLLC offers South Sound residents compassionate, experienced and innovative treatment in cancer care. We are among the regional leaders in clinical trials, with one of the largest accrual rates within the Pacific Northwest, allowing patients access to cutting-edge treatment otherwise unavailable in the area. We are also founding members of the Quality Cancer Care Alliance (QCCA).
All of our clinic sites are within a short drive from both Olympia and the greater Seattle areas.

Salary: Negotiable/DOE
Relocation costs: Negotiable
Educational requirements:
- Possession of a WA State ARNP, FNP or PAC license (current or willing to obtain prior to starting and active/good standing)
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience, oncology preferred but not required
- DEA (active/no restrictions)
- BLS (current or willing to obtain prior to starting)
