Location: Initial training takes place at 445 Atlanta S Pkwy, Suite 150, Atlanta. After training, you would report to our facility in Marietta, and will be providing training and coverage for 12 other facilities in the Atlanta metro area. Access to a company vehicle granted after training.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p (1 hour lunch)
Pay: $16/hr with benefits offered
This position will assist with in office training of new hires and assisting with remedial training of current staff. As well as reviewing CSR work product to look for recurring issues that indicate retraining. When training is not needed, this position will assist motorists face-to-face with program applications for exemptions, extensions, and waivers, as well as provide emission reprints at assigned Service Center. This position will also disseminate information about the program, answer general questions, and resolve issues surrounding the application requirements. On occasion, the incumbents in these positions may be scheduled to work at a Service Center different than their assigned Service Center(s) in order to meet the GA Clean Air Force contractual requirements.
This position works from our North office, but as a floater, if one of your colleagues calls out or we are shorthanded, you will be required to work at one of our locations in the greater Atlanta metro area, commuting with a provided company vehicle.
Trainer Duties:
- Use training manual to train new hires over the course of four weeks.
- Proctor quizzes and tests and provide feedback to both the trainee and the manager, so that progress is tracked.
- Work with trainees to find ways to keep them engaged and provide suggestions for training improvements.
- Review applications, emails, and tickets for accuracy and notate any individuals that may need additional training
- Maintain a database to establish productivity and quality scores, so CSRs will have knowledge of their standing
- Work closely with team lead and management to determine training curriculum and objectives
Floater Duties
- Open and close Service Center facility according to designated hours of operation and send appropriate notifications/reports set forth by Management per the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Professionally respond to inquiries from motorists relating to program rules and requirements. This includes:
- Determining if vehicle owners are eligible for extensions, exemptions or special case waivers.
- Issuing waivers, extensions, exemptions and special case waivers per prescribed procedures.
- Determining if vehicle receipts for repair expenditures meet the prescribed limit and are qualifying repairs.
- Inspecting vehicles to determine if prescribed auto repairs were performed.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional work environment in and around the Service Center office and its facilities.
- Review, retain all aspects of local Clean Air and Emission Program Rules and Regulations and adapt to Program changes as well as Clean Air Rules and Regulations changes.
- Periodically assist with the company's continual improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives, including participation in the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the program as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- One year of experience in a Customer Service environment required.
- Georgia Driver License required.
- Dependable, reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

- Ability to understand and administer the Clean Air Force and Emission Program Rules and Regulations.
