Seeking a high energy, polished, Real Estate Executive Assistant in the heart of Beverly Hills. Looking for a dynamic individual with very strong interpersonal skills who enjoys interacting with high net-worth clients. This position requires superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability and desire to work independently. This is a top-level administrative position that entails a wide and varying range of activities. Our ideal candidate will be expected to take the reins and manage up!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively manage calendars, answer phone calls, and maintain communication throughout the day
- Managing high-volume emails
- Make tenant needs a priority with follow-up and follow-through at every step in the process
- Provide a high-touch, “concierge-level” customer experience to clients and serve as a liaison via phone and email between clients, tenants, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc.
- Managing Excel Spreadsheets
- Taking detailed meeting notes and following up on projects and tasks
- Managing marketing ads and brochures
- Managing Social Media
- Coordinating meetings internally and externally
- Data entry
- Internet research skills
- Check on properties, communicate (and negotiate!) with vendors
- Occasionally driving to properties or to do business errands
- Assist in managing transactions from contract to close
- Additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
- A driver's license, insurance, and reliable car
- Knowledge of Outlook, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hardworking, diligent, and ethical
- A master communicator who understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
- Great writing skills and an understanding of grammar and syntax
- Knows how to anticipate the needs of a busy Boss; takes the initiative and ownership of projects
- Flexibility to respond to emails/texts or calls after hours and on weekends, as needed
- Availability to occasionally work Nights and Weekends
- Should live in the LA basin (within 25 mins to Beverly Hills)
- California Real Estate is preferred
