SPI Rentals is a vacation rental management company located on South Padre Island, Tx. We manage over 185 private homes and condos on the island and are growing! We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable individual to join our team as a Guest Service Specialist. Responsibilities include:
- performing check-in and check-out tasks
- answering phone calls and emails related to guest services
- making new reservations and assisting guests with their existing reservations
- delivering outstanding customer service to our guests, home owners, realtors, vendors and all community members while maintaining our reception desk
- assisting guests with any issues or concerns they have (problem resolution)
- performing other office tasks as needed
Our ideal candidate works well in a fast paced environment, strives as part of a team or individually, has great organizational and multitasking skills, and is eager to assist people!
- Previous customer service or sales experience is highly preferred
- Strong phone and email etiquette required
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
This is a full time position. 5 days per week, 40 hrs. Our office is open from 7AM - 11PM, each day, including holidays. Full-time shifts are typically 7AM - 4PM, 10AM - 7PM and 2PM - 11PM.
