Our aesthetic practice is seeking a talented and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in administering cosmetic injectable treatments, collaborating closely with clients to achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. We offer a flexible schedule, with a minimum commitment of two weekend days per month and one evening per week. This position requires a skilled individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and delivering natural-looking results. The compensation structure is a commission-based model.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history.
Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients' objectives while ensuring safety, efficacy, and natural-looking results.
Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane), utilizing advanced injection techniques and best practices.
Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of various treatments, answering any questions and addressing concerns to ensure informed decision-making.
Provide pre- and post-procedure care instructions, including recommendations for skincare products and follow-up appointments, to optimize treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.
Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the aesthetic team, including physicians, aestheticians, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and a positive clinic experience.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate care, personalized attention, and exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, with a minimum of 6 months of aesthetic experience.
Certification as an aesthetic nurse injector or equivalent training in cosmetic injectable procedures.
Proficiency in administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments, with demonstrated skill and expertise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and provide empathetic care.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Dedication to continuing education and professional development in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic dermatology principles, and aesthetic trends.
