What you will be doing:
- Serve as an integral part of the leadership team
- Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
- Support clients and families to ensure client success
- Develop and implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Mentor, lead, supervise a team of behavior technicians/RBT’s working 1:1 with clients
Who are we looking for:
- Those who have a passion for helping children with disabilities
- Those who are reliable, creative, collaborative and compassionate
- Those who are independent, take initiative, are organized, and effectively communicate
- Those who can lift up to 50 pounds and can kneel, squat, crawl, sit, stand for extended time
- BCBA certification (2+ years’ experience preferred, but not required)
- Must pass company provided Federal and State Background Check
