Location: This position will be based out of our main office at 2345 White Hall Blvd, Fairmont, WV 26554, Although, a successful sales specialist will spend an equal amount of time out meeting/obtaining, new customers.
Accountability of position: This is a Highly trusted, and Highly depended on role within the organization, who will Report directly to the owner. The sales specialist is accountable for finding new potential clients, assisting clients that walk into the showroom, and maintaining a dynamic experience for the customer. This position will be responsible for weekly sales forecast, and maintaining an aggressive quarterly sales commitment.
Roles and responsibilities:
kitchen and bath design software
Product knowledge on kitchen and bath material
proper job assessment techniques
presentation techniques
Interaction with multiple customers daily using Fairmont Kitchen Center's core values at every point
Obtaining information by truly listening to clients’ needs of what they are looking for in the space, and the budget they have planned for the project
Measuring proposed space
Designing an innovative new space using clients wants, needs, and budget
Presenting the proposed plan to clients
collecting payments, and progression of the job
ultimately you will be responsible for hitting target numbers and creating the best experience the client could have during a kitchen and bath project.
Qualifications for this position: To be successful in this position it will require someone with a dynamic personality that thrives on interactions with people. Someone who is competitive in nature, and has desire, or natural ability to design and create new spaces.

Minimum 2 years of Residential design experience
Sales Experience
Previous work in Kitchen and bathroom/ remodel industry
College Degree preferred but not required.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced growing company.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Compensation plan: This position will be a mixture between base salary and commissioned sales. The base salary will start between 50-75K + commission. We expect a successful sales specialist to make between 80,000-140,000 per year depending on the amount of sales. Other benefits include; paid vacation, sick time, paid holidays, company match IRA, Paid Mileage.
