Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or information requests
- Answer incoming calls efficiently in a high call volume setting
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers following established procedures
- Address customer grievances, appeals, and billing issues. Escalate when needed
- Inform customers and service providers about eligibility and other relevant topics.
- Manage customer requests received through email, voicemail, fax, or other channels
- Perform customer satisfaction surveys as needed
- Attend and contribute to department meetings
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED (Required)
- Prior medical experience strongly preferred – Receptionist, Medical Call Center, or Front Office/Admin roles
- Prior experience in a call center setting related high volume call environment highly preferred (50-100 per day)
- Recent customer service representative/patient service experience Required
- Must have knowledge of proper phone etiquette and delivering high level of customer service
- Must possess clear communication skills & enjoy assisting others
- Must be familiar working in a fast-paced setting
- Must be reliable, sharp, and punctual
