Set Solutions, a Trace3 company, are seeking a talented Technical Program Manager with expertise in ServiceNow to join our client.
This role is primarily remote with some travel to Houston.
This role is NOT with Trace3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program planning and execution for ServiceNow projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize project tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Prepare and present program status reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and customizations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
