As the Administrative Analyst, you will be at the forefront of program analysis, public presentations, report preparation, public relations, and grant and proposal writing. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the self-help housing and real estate development program staff in handling grant administration and reporting, fiscal management, and contract development. You will also have the opportunity to represent SHE at public meetings/events, making a significant impact in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, development, and management of a comprehensive housing program within the eight-county SHE service area.
- Collect, analyze, and distribute information regarding Self-Help Enterprises.
- Assist in seeking resources to expand and improve the SHE housing effort through grant and proposal development as well as private and corporate fundraising.
- Collect, organize, and disseminate information about regulations, grant conditions, and codes to program staff as needed.
- Develop and process program and administrative reports as necessary.
- Assist in the administration and development of specific programs/projects where assigned.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication with program participants, partners, and funding sources.
- Represent SHE to community groups, partners, and funding sources.
Must Haves:
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to problem-solve and brainstorm creative solutions in challenging situations.
- Ability to analyze complex data and guidelines and share that information with a diverse team.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with State and Federal housing programs, housing development, or housing finance is beneficial.
