Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or in a skilled nursing facility or an assisted living facility. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Hospice experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Support clients with medical documentation and record keeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with tube feeding, if necessary
- Provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities or hospice care needs
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
- Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or hospice care needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 30 per week
