Job Role:
As a Lead BCBA with Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing effective leadership. Your proven expertise in ABA, coupled with your strong leadership capabilities, will drive the successful supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Responsibilities
- Maintain healthy work life balance.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create treatment plans.
- Prepare, supervise, organize, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client’s IEP/IFSP.
- Monitor assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
- Provide direct assistance to clients and their families as needed.
- Keep daily records of data and provide updates on client conditions.
- Assess client advancement based on gathered data.
- Produce yearly reports on program efficacy.
