We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team!
Our hotel's front desk operates 24/7 and we do require schedule flexibility from morning shift 7am-3pm and evening shift 3pm-11pm.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
