THE ROLE: LABORATORY ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:

Load samples in hematology, coagulation, chemistry, and urinalysis

Call critical results
-
Perform instrument maintenance under the supervision of the laboratory supervisor

Archive and retrieve samples

Perform inventory
-
Unpack stock and maintain department supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
-
Prior laboratory, phlebotomy or medical office experience required

Word processing and spreadsheet skills preferred

Detail oriented
-
Mon-Fri: 7am-6pm availability (shifts discussed during interview)
