The Customer Pay Lead ensures that incoming calls are answered quickly, outgoing calls are at a maximum utilizing the dialer, and costumer pay balances are collected with all goals met.
- Day-to-day subject matter expertise for Customer Pay Collectors in order to maintain proper production flow
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Initiates resolution to escalated patient complaints
- Collects and processes payments, payment plans, and recurring payments
- Offers business-related support to departmental special projects
- Assists management to identify production challenges through the use of data and collaboration
- Oversight for daily unit operations as designated
- Represents the company through professional conversation by means of inbound and outbound calls as needed
- Assists with training sessions of new hires or existing employees
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
