We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to call on builders and designers in the East Valley. Our ideal candidate will have experience in selling luxury plumbing and appliances, but more importantly, we are looking for an intelligent and charismatic person who values their clients and building relationships.
Our outside sales team works with our showrooms and inside sales teams to drive sales into the branches, while cultivating deep relationships and helping the client find the perfect products.
Essential Functions
- Travel in assigned territory to represent the company and achieve sales goals.
- Make sales calls to assigned accounts and cold calls to sell company products.
- Excellent communication skills-written, one-on-one, and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Effectively and consistently utilizes CRM and the Sales Process of the Company.
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid AZ Driver License & clean driving record.
- Drug screen and background check.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Strong customer service and rapport along with great persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Capacity to handle difficult customers and situations.
