Location: Chalfont, PA
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant with 1+ year of experience to join our team. This position the overall support of project work and related documentation.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties;
· Greet clients and guests upon arrival;
· Set up new projects; create file tree on network and physical file folders;
· Transcribe/type correspondence and technical documents;
· Create team-specific documents for use with project tracking;
· Maintain job files adhering to company standards;
· Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and project managers;
· Research property information using internet sources and in-house documentation;
· Research and obtain standards/codes required by client, local and state agencies;
· Support the Preparation of client proposals;
· Research and compile reports, plans, and applications for submittal to state and local agencies;
· Prepare hearing folders and exhibits for use at public hearings;
· Maintain calendar for designated team;
· Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and conference rooms; and
· Provide assistance to other administrative staff as needed.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (Minimum Associates Degree preferred);
· 1+ year of administrative support or general office experience;
· Excellent typing ability, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail;
· Proficient in Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Writer;
· Strong oral and written communication skills;
· Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities; and
· Prior experience in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
