Looking for an RN Supervisor
Basic Schedule: Full-time; 84 hour biweekly schedule (with every other weekend);
Day Shift 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Experience or Training Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
License or Certificate Required:
- Licensed to function as a Registered Nurse in NC
- Community CPR and First Aid certification (can be obtained after employment)
Basic Job Description/Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- Provide direct supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff as assigned; provide direct oversight of the on-site health care center clinic.
- Attend to the medical care of assigned residents incorporating the nursing process, which includes assessment planning, implementation and evaluation into each resident’s plan of care
- Provide emergency and routine treatment as necessary
- Provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Administer prescribed medication and treatments; chart and maintain all pertinent data in the medical charts of residents during the shift;
- Clinical hands-on nursing care providing care and treatment of children/adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
