```Duties```
- Perform general office duties, clerical work, data entry, including answering phones, greeting clients, clerical support for funeral directors.

- Prepare and edit documents, such as service work for funerals.
- Schedule appointments for clients with directors.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
```Requirements```
- Must have a minimum of associate's college degree
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant in a professional office or related administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail on service work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
