Our state-of-the-art orthodontic practice is headquartered in Waukesha, with 15 locations throughout the surrounding area. Each team member plays a crucial role in patient care, requiring flexibility and reliable transportation to commute between nearby offices. Specifically, we're seeking an individual to travel to and provide support across our offices in Waukesha, Wales, Brookfield, and Wauwatosa.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Register new patients according to established office protocols
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Verify and update patient information
- Enter all relevant patient information into data system
- Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Answer and manage incoming calls through multi-line phone system
- Respond and comply to requests for information
- Schedule patient appointments and confirm upcoming appointments according to office protocol
- Check daily appointment schedule
- Organize referrals to other medical specialists
- Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment
- Arrange payment schedule with patients
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Send insurance claims

While this will not be a primary function of the role, our training program includes cross-training to familiarize employees with ortho processes and terminology. This ensures that our team members are proficient and confident in providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
