Position Details:
The Facility Relations Specialist at MedElite plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with various clinical facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and partnership between MedElite and external healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at external healthcare facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical facility representatives, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth communication flow.
- Identify and explore opportunities for collaboration with new clinical facilities to expand MedElite's network.
- Negotiate and establish partnership agreements to enhance service offerings and improve patient care.
- Facilitate clear communication between MedElite and external clinical facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of services with external partners.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the relationship with external facilities.
- Work collaboratively to find mutually beneficial solutions to enhance the overall partnership.
- Analyze data related to facility relations, identify trends, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and other relevant metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that all facility relations activities align with legal standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare facility relations, business development, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
