Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
