Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with making reservations and managing room availability
- Operate the hotel's phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Complete night audit duties as required
Skills:
- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Ability to handle guest relations in a professional and courteous manner
