What You'll Do:
As the Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to ensure our campground operates seamlessly. Your role is vital in enhancing guest experiences and supporting our team. Here’s a glimpse of what your days will look like:
Guest Experience: Innovate and implement initiatives to delight our guests across the campground and RV resort.-
Operations Excellence: Ensure our facilities are top-notch in service and cleanliness, and collaborate to optimize efficiency and revenue.

Team Empowerment: Lead with positivity, conduct training sessions, and foster a supportive work environment.

Financial Performance: Assist in budget development, financial analysis, and cost control to meet financial objectives.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with the local community, collaborating on events and enhancing our brand image.

Strategic Leadership: Help develop and execute plans that align with our goals, driving growth and sustainability.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous leadership experience in hospitality.
