Stratton Amenities is a national luxury hospitality company specializing in front desk concierge, valet parking, courtesy patrol, and janitorial services for the property management industry. We are currently seeking a superb leader to join our growing team in Dallas, TX.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, driven Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our janitorial and housekeeping services. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to discuss service offerings
- Hire and onboard new team members
- Train housekeepers and porters on cleaning tasks and procedures
- Oversee daily staff performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements as needed
- Coach and educate staff on company culture, cleaning procedures, and processes
- Motivate team members to resolve issues that arise on the job
- Manage and exceed client expectations
- Build rapport and maintain regular communication with clients
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products and supplies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Janitorial or Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Hands-on experience in coaching and training housekeepers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- High school diploma required; some college is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
