The Hotel Manager is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and continued success of the hotel. You will work closely with all departments to drive revenue growth and enhance the premium service we provide to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, conference and event services, accounting, and payroll.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations and drive revenue.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and revenue strategies.
- Inspect rooms and other areas of the property to preserve cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Lead and inspire hotel staff team.
- Maintain and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee guest relations and address any concerns or issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Recruit, interview, and train team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a management role in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Revenue management experience.
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Strong financial literacy and budget management skills.
