Bilingual Call Center Representative
Fluent in English and French
shift: Part - Time or Full - Time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 an hour
Are you looking for a job that works with your schedule? We are looking for experienced call center representatives looking to work from home 25 to 40 hours per week. As a Work from Home bilingual call center customer service rep you will be the voice of leading brands and will be assisting customers with various customer service needs which may include account set ups, disputes and general questions.

Job Requirements
The duties attributes that make a great WFH Customer Services Agent include:
- 6 months of either previous call center experience or remote WFH experience
- Live within 90 minutes of our facility
- Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence.
- Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable.
- Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction
- Minimum network speed of:
- 25 Mbps download speed
- 10 Mbps upload speed
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to be able to pass an initial background check and drug screen
