Trendsetter Engineering Inc. is looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team!
Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. This position will also be responsible for quality control checks on all parts and components produced by the team. This position will report to the Lead CNC Operator and will work closely with other members of the team.
Essential Duties:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Work closely with other members of the team.
- Report any machine issues to the Lead CNC Operator.
- Work closely with other members of the team.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning, replacing belts, etc.)
- Run quality control checks as needed on all parts and components produced by the team.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure that parts meet specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities and hours worked.
- Assist in preparing work in-process for inspection by other team members or outside inspectors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Experience: Required: 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role. Experience with Fanuc 6, 6A, and 6CA robots preferred but not required. Experience with CMM’s preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a forklift (Class B). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, bend at low angles, climb ladders and perform other basic tasks as required by your position.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
